VIZIR company was founded in 1998. The company is private. The founder of the company and its sole owner is a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Valiyev R. G. At the source of the company were highly qualified measurement professionals who graduated from higher educational institutions and have practical work experience in this field of technology for at least 20 years.

For 20 years, the company has been supplying the Caspian Region (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkmenistan) with metering and proving systems for the commercial metering of oil in pipelines and flow meters manufactured by FMC Technologies (now TechnipFMC), high-precision stationary and portable pressure, temperatures, electrical signals calibrators produced by the Ametek Sensors, Test & Calibration (USA) and portable multifunctional calibrators for pressure, temperature, electrical signals manufactured by Beamex (Finland), stationary and portable in-line analyzers of humidity, flue gas, sulfur, etc. manufactured by Ametek Process Instruments (USA).

We present a full range of services for installation, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment supplied by us. The company’s staff was trained in the USA, Germany and Russia.

The equipment we supply for measuring flow of crude oil in pipelines is installed on all export pipelines of Azerbaijan – Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Supsa, Baku-Shirvanovka, one of the world’s largest oil and gas Sangachal Terminal, on all oil terminals of SOCAR and foreign oil companies, which operate onshore in Azerbaijan.

The calibrators and flow analyzers of natural gas humidity and dew point supplied by us are successfully used both by the business units of BP in Azerbaijan and SOCAR, as well as in other industries in Azerbaijan.

Our company was the first to supply pressure, temperature, electrical signals calibrators in Azerbaijan. It was our company that supplied the National Pressure Standard for AZGOSSTANDART, and in 2015 for the first time in Azerbaijan we conducted successful operational tests of an ultrasonic gas flow meter for commercial gas metering manufactured by FMC Technologies.
